I recently decided to channel my maker impulses into a new design project. For some time, I’ve envisioned a line of high-quality plywood furniture that merges digital design and fabrication with the warmth and craftsmanship of mid-century modern classics, particularly the chairs of designers like Hans J. Wegner and Niels Møller.

The first product of this endeavour is a woven lounge chair. It combines precision-cut plywood with a danish cord seat and back, balancing engineered clarity with tactile craftsmanship. Clean lines, quiet form, and modest scale make it a versatile piece—refined in materiality yet approachable in spirit, designed to sit comfortably within contemporary interiors.
